Miami: The University of Miami Magazine is published by the University of Miami Division of University Communications two times per year to bring to light great stories coming out of the University.
The magazine is mailed free of charge to UM alumni, as well as parents, faculty, staff, and friends. Its mission is to engage and inform by capturing the people, spirit, diversity, and achievements that make the U one of the most successful rising institutions of higher education in the nation.
To submit story ideas or letters to the editor, email [email protected] or call University Communications at 305-284-5500. The Miami editor reserves the right to edit submissions for clarity, style, and/or length.

BACKGROUND
First introduced in spring 1989, Miami: The University of Miami Magazine has become the University’s flagship publication, committed to publishing an engaging mix of University-related features, news, and profiles, as well as alumni-specific updates. Its primary mission is to keep the University’s large and diverse group of alumni, friends, and parents well informed about the University of Miami.
